Julius Distillery - A Special Place Producing Fruit Brandy

Jullius Distillery is located in Kibbutz Hanita, Western Galilee, established in 2008, it’s the first artisan distillery in Israel specializing in production of the finest quality Eaux De Viex (fruit brandy).

All materials used in the distilling process are regional, the grape pomace, honey and fruit come from the surrounding Galilee Mountains. All manufacturing is done manually with only natural ingredients, there are no added aromatic or flavoring substances, neither are there any additional sweeteners or coloring agents.

Very limited distilling batches and a strict distilling process is done in a state-of-the-art copper pot still, making every numbered and signed bottle a unique creation, well refined and rare of a kind.

Kibbutz Hanita is located as far north as you can go, on the border with lebanon.
